Exit Kyoto Station via the Karasuma Central Exit and walk straight north along Karasuma-dori. It’s a 500m, 5-7 minute walk to Higashi Honganji Temple. Directions are clear, making this the smoothest way to get there.
🚖Taxi
Taxi is convenient if you have luggage or it’s raining. The journey takes about 2-3 minutes and costs around 500-700 yen.
